Jonathan Fryer - the right choice for London
Jonathan is a firm believer that our next Euro MPs for London must represent the whole city, not just part of it. As a seasoned campaigner, Jonathan is a regular
face at events, by elections and action days across the capital. Find out more about what Jonathan is doing in your area and all over London by hovering your mouse over the pointers on the map below. You can zoom in and out with the mouse wheel, and drag the map around with the mouse.

Since moving to London from Brussels in the early 1980s, Jonathan has campaigned with fellow Liberal Democrat activists right across the capital, on a wide range of issues - local, regional, national and international. He settled first in Kensington and Chelsea, fighting the Chelsea parliamentary seat, before moving to Orpington, for which he was a borough councillor as well as PPC. Later he moved to East London, fighting the then Leyton constituency. He now lives in Tower Hamlets.
Jonathan has been involved with London Region Liberal Democrats for many years, not just as a delegate to both regional conference and federal conference, but also as a member of the Executive. For the past three years, he has been regional Vice-Chair. He is the area contact on the executive for two GLA areas: City and London East (City of London, Tower Hamlets, Newham and Barking & Dagenham) and South West London (Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow).
He has fought European campaigns in London since the beginning of direct elections to the European Parliament, and was a lead campaigner in the 2004 combined Mayoral-GLA-European elections, very nearly becoming London's second Lib-Dem MEP. He does not only work at election times, however. For several years now, except when he is on work assignments abroad, he has taken part
in several Lib-Dem campaigning or social events each week, getting round to every single borough, most of them many times.
